A Quartz floor consists of built up layers of epoxy and colored quartz sand. Due to the heavy layer of quartz and 100% solids epoxies, impact resistance is greater compared to the other systems. Its multi-color pattern helps maintain a clean look while camouflaging dirt and debris. Quartz floors can be installed 1/8” – 3/16” thick. Typical applications include food preparation, laboratories, toilet rooms, food service, clinical sites, pet care, and garage floors.
Decorative
Hail flooring system or epoxy quartz is a decorative, resinous, seamless flooring system consisting of multiple layers of 100% solids epoxy, colored quartz aggregates and polyurethane or polyaspartic top coat. Due to the heavy layer of quartz and 100% solids epoxies, impact resistance is greater compared to the other systems. Its multi color pattern helps maintain a clean look while camouflaging dirt and debris.
Quartz aggregate is available in fine (Q28) and coarse (Q11) sizes. See quartz color charts for standard blends. Custom colors available at no extra charge. Typical thickness of the epoxy quartz flooring system is 1/8 – 3/16 inch.
